Penn Manor Junior Comets Cheer Director

-How many years with PMJC: 2 years as cheer director and 1 as a volunteer cheer mom.
-What experience do you have with cheerleading: I was a cheerleader in the elementary and high school level.
-One favorite cheer memory with PMJC: I love to see all the cheerleaders having fun, learning, building friendships and smiling!!! That is what it means to me :)
-About myself: I am a 2001 Penn Manor graduate and a 2003 Willow Street Vo-Tech graduate. I have lived in the school district all my life. I was a cheerleader in the elementary and high school level. I also was an assistant basketball coach and I currently volunteer my time in our church and my children school. I have been married to my best friend for 7 years. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls named Taylor and Stasia. This will be my oldest daughter's third year and my youngest daughter's second with PMJC. I love being the cheer director for PMJC because there is nothing more rewarding than to watch these girls come together as a team and hopefully build long lasting friendships.
-Favorite hobbies: I love my family- they mean the world to me, gardening, swimming, riding bike, playing with my dogs (a great dane and a shitzu), watching my kids play sports, love volunteering my time to help others, watching sports, basketball, football, cheerleading, being outdoors, fishing, baking, playing Just Dance on the Wii, being around great friends, and just having fun!!!
-Competition statistics: I have been to a total of 6 competitions with the girls of PMJC and I absolutely love it and always have lots of fun!

-What experience I have with cheerleading: Although I have never been a cheerleader, I have taken this opportunity to learn as much as I can about the sport.
-One favorite cheer memory with PMJC: Seeing the girls develop their skills at each level and build strong friendships with each other.
-About myself: My family moved to the Penn Manor area in 2006 due to my husband's employment and quickly fell in love with the area and felt that we fit in well with the community. I am a full time working mom of 2 kids, a daughter age 9 and son age 4, that enjoys having lots to do and places to be. My daughter has cheered for 3 years and since I have been involved with PMJC, I have truly enjoyed getting to know all the parents, kids and other adults involved in the association.
-Favorite hobbies: I love spending time with my family, getting together with friends, traveling, shopping, cooking/baking and reading.

-Favorite cheer memory with PMJC: Watching the excitement on the girls' faces during competition. There is no prouder feeling than watching your child and her friends working hard at practice and then taking home a first place trophy for their efforts!
-About myself: I am a graduate of Manheim Township High School and the University of Pittsburgh. I am a pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy. My husband and I have two daughters who are students at Central Manor Elementary. My oldest daughter has cheered for PMJC for three years, and my youngest daughter can't wait until second grade so she can cheer too!
-What are your favorite hobbies: I am an avid sports fan. I love going to sporting events, especially football games at the University of Pittsburgh with my family. I enjoy going to the beach, reading, and spending time with my kids.
